Domeq is the ideal base for young professionals, digital nomads, expats, and demanding students.

Simply choose your room and length of stay online, fill out the contact form and after confirmation you will receive a contract and payment instructions from us.

Minimum 1 month. Most residents stay for 6-12 months, longer contracts are welcome.

Fully equipped room, Wi-Fi, energy, basic maintenance and reception services. If something goes wrong during your stay, our service team will quickly resolve the issue.

You’re welcome to move in any time during office hours after your contract start date. Planning to arrive outside these hours? Just get in touch with the management team for confirmation. We’ll also send you detailed arrival info a month before your tenancy begins, so you’re fully prepared.

There is a coworking space, lounge areas, shared kitchens, a fitness center, laundry facilities, and a 24/7 reception. For those who work or study from home, there is also a quiet space to work. Restaurants, cafes, and other services are located right on the premises – and the center of Brno is just a few minutes' walk away.
 

Yes – most residents come from abroad. We communicate in English and at Domeq you will find an international community where you can easily make contacts and make friends.
 

Yes - we will be happy to arrange a personal tour for you, or we can film a short video of a specific room.
 

We regularly organize social and networking events, sports activities and community evenings. Domeq is a place where students and professionals from different countries meet, collaborate and make new contacts.
 

Yes – Domeq has a reception open 24/7, entry is only possible with a chip card and the premises are monitored by a camera system.
